Vegan Gluten-Free Scones Recipe
  1. Preheat oven to 350F.

  2. In a mixing bowl, mix LusOasis's Tomato & Basil Pancake, pecan and raisins together.

  3. Add coconut milk and coconut oil to the mixture and knead into a dough.

  4. Transfer the dough onto a parchment paper on the countertop. Flatten your dough into a 1/2 inch thick mound. Slice into 8 pieces using a knife.

  5. Transfer the slices on the parchment paper to a baking sheet and bake for 20 - 25 minutes or until golden brown and hard on the outside.

  6. The combination of nuts, dry fruits and tomato & basil flavors is such a feast! Serving as is or with your favorite dipping sauce or a cup of hot coffee or tea!
